- WP 1 Management and administration (GLUK + TurkuUAS supports)
- Management, coordination and administration tasks ensure that the project activities are delivered according to the plan and budget in each participating country and
project activity levels. - Project main applicant is on behalf of the project consortium of the use of EU co-financing.

- Training for lecturers and mentoring throughout the implementation of the project.
- Developing new aquaculture courses contents, improving existing ones with special reference on integrated aquaculture
- Introducing the sustainable development goals, green deal and blue economy targets.
- Producing part of courses like mini-moogs, nuggets.
- Developing short term training modules for aquaculture value chain actors.
- WP3 Enhancing Pedagogy in aquaculture education (content, methodology) (Rongo U+Livia, UiT+TurkuUAS+GLUK)
- Multi-competence Learning (MCL) in education
- Holistic approach to aquaculture education.
- Developing Learner centred training centres in aquaculture value chain.
- Improving the usage of ICT and technological equipment.
- Development of training periods.
- Building linkages and networks with aquaculture players to provide hands-on training experiences.
- WP4 Digital twins: value chain and economic engineering in aquaculture (Turku UAS+GLUK+UiT+Rongo)
- Cooperation with other faculties, departments of universities
- Strengthening the cooperation with stakeholders outside universities
- Acquire and operationalize modern fish feed manufacturing factory to enhance access to affordable quality feeds
- Acquire modern fish breeding facility to enhance access to quality finderlings
- To complete the construction of the 18 fish ponds for practical learning and fingerlings brooding.
- WP5 Promotion and Dissemination of results ( Rongo U.+Turku UAS+ + UiT)
- This work package was formed to gain maximal impact for the project. It takes the responsibility of coordinating all promotional work of the project among educational decision makers (exploitation element) and among duration providers, private companies and stakeholders’ operation at the different fields of aquaculture, media and citizens (dissemination element). When dissemination has a strong horizontal dimension, exploitation operates in the vertical level of valorisation.
