Dr. Careena Otieno has experience in Agriculture and Community Health program management. Her focus is mainly on data analysis, monitoring and evaluation of programs. She has over 13 years of experience in graduate and post-graduate teaching of biostatistics, information systems and research, and has been a PI in a health systems strengthening project funded by 3ie that had USD 200,000 funding, among other collaborative research projects she has done.
